Raw material procurement and inspection
We purchase high-strength, corrosion-resistant, and lightweight raw materials such as aluminum alloy, manganese alloy, and stainless steel according to the standards of medical devices. All suppliers must undergo qualification audits to ensure they have a good reputation and quality assurance system. After purchasing raw materials, we will conduct strict inspections, including testing of size, performance, chemical composition, and other aspects.
Fine machining of components
We attach great importance to the machining precision of components to ensure that all components meet the design requirements and ensure the tightness and reliability during the assembly process of electric wheelchairs. Additional surface treatments such as anodizing, electroplating, etc. will also be applied to metal components to improve corrosion resistance and aesthetics. During the welding process, we will ensure that the welded joints are firm, aesthetically pleasing, and free of defects such as cracks and pores to ensure the quality of the electric wheelchair.

Control system testing includes sensitivity, reliability, safety, etc. of the control system. Vehicle performance testing includes the vehicle’s driving speed, climbing ability, turning radius, braking performance, etc


Appearance inspection and aging test
The appearance inspection mainly checks whether there are scratches, dents, stains and other defects on the surface of the electric wheelchair or electric scooter. Check whether the assembly clearance between each component is uniform. Durability testing is the assessment of the stability of a product during prolonged continuous operation. Check if the brakes, batteries, etc. are working properly. We even test some products in extreme environments such as high temperature, low temperature, and high humidity to verify their adaptability to harsh environments
